Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your product to be created. 

All our items are shipped via public mail (Correos Spain) with delivery confirmation. Please allow 15-20 business days for delivery. (Depending on your country)

All sales are final. If your item arrive damage,  we will make you a new one (we will need pictures that prove you got the piece broken or in bad conditions). Please contact us if you have any problems with your product.

Any claims of loss in transit should be made to the delivery service.
