• All my figurines are unique, handmade from cold porcelain, custom made especially for you, following your description and information.
• 14 cm tall aprox.
• I take into consideration personal characteristics and any other things which make them special, such as facial features, hairstyle, pose, clothes, pets, kids or other.
• You can choose between the 4 types of faces (check the last picture)

All sales are final. If your item arrive damage, we will make you a new one (we will need pictures that prove you got the piece broken or in bad conditions). Please contact us if you have any problems with your product.
Any claims of loss in transit should be made to the delivery service.Please be aware it is the full responsibility of the buyer to ask any questions you may have before purchasing.
