How can you make the order?
- Choose if you have babies, how many
- Choose now the kids, same here, the amount you want in the piece
- Now the big ones, how many adults will go in the figure
- And last but not least, the pets (cats or dogs), we know they are family!
- IMPORTANT: COMPLETE ALL THE FIELDS, USING NONE, ONE, TWO OR THREE, SO YOU CAN GET THE COST OF THE PIECE.
I could not add the face style option because it was a lot of variation, but that´s quite simple, there are four styles (check the last picture for that), you can choose
- Cartoon style
- Classic
- Manga or
- Realistic
Once you have your order ready, make the purchase, then you will receive a confirmation email, please REPLAY it with the pictures of all the member in your figure.
If needed more information will write you immediately.
Specifications:
• Measure: 14 cm tall (for adults)
• You can add a text at the base of the piece (optional)
• All figurines are unique, handmade from cold porcelain, custom made especially for you, following your description and information.
• We take into consideration your personal characteristics and any other things which make you special, such as facial features, hairstyle, pose, clothes, pets, kids or other.

All sales are final. If your item arrive damage, we will make you a new one (we will need pictures that prove you got the piece broken or in bad conditions). Please contact us if you have any problems with your product.
Any claims of loss in transit should be made to the delivery service.Please be aware it is the full responsibility of the buyer to ask any questions you may have before purchasing.
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your product to be created.
All our items are shipped via public mail (Correos Spain) with delivery confirmation. Please allow 15-20 business days for delivery. (Depending on your country)
